Designed in collaboration with Swiss typographer Jiří Oplatek, the publication bridges Hangul and Latin scripts through strict Swiss grid systems, generous white space, and high-contrast compositions. It serves as a minimalist visual study of flavor, using structural graphic elements to represent the complex profiles of regional ingredients and fermentation.
