Jailbreak

This is the sixth volume of the “Jesse Farber Library of Collage Books.”

Each volume is a limited edition, full color, actual size reproduction of a handmade original artist's book.

“Jailbreak” is a set of thirty loose collages, in sizes determined by the original source images. Each was then altered according to a similar procedure, beginning by making a disruption using flat blue paint. Resolving this disruption using collage allowed the images to be completely reconfigured, a process in which scale often faltered, while spaces and objects released their grip on their identities.
