Åke Hodell – Motstånd / Resistance

Published on the occasion of the eponymous exhibition held at Malmö Konsthall in 2022, “Åke Hodell – Motstånd / Resistance” catalogue features texts by Åke Hodell, Elena Wolay, Mats Stjernstedt, Fia Backström, Thomas Millroth, Mats Lindström, photographs by Helene Toresdotter, Jean-Baptiste Béranger, Lufti Özkök, Per Wiklund, and is published in collaboration with Kalmar Art Museum and Jazz Är Farligt.

The exhibition “Åke Hodell – Motstånd” was conceptualised by Elena Wolay in collaboration with Fia Backström and was shown at Tensta Konsthall 2020–2021. This presentation at Malmö Konsthall is a development of the first exhibition and has been curated by Elena Wolay.
