In Groningen, the most northern province of the Netherlands, inhabitants are decreasing rapidly throughout the past years. The Dutch government tries to stimulate people to move to the province by improving living and working conditions and most of the new inhabitants are immigrants.
This volume presents portraits of residents of the province.
