NOTICE

NOTICE was created by members of the Guidepost Working Men's Club in collaboration with artists Aaron Guy and Robert Parkinson. Through discussion and practice, a project was created to articulate the social dynamics of the club and the inventive playing methods and economic survival of the group.

Guidepost Working Men’s Club is a typical social space often found scattered around smaller towns in the U.K. NOTICE was a collaboration with club members in the NE exploring themes of language, subconscious creativity, female roles in the club, alternative incomes and the unwritten rules that often dominate these small pockets of society.
