Composer Teoniki Rożynek has an audible fondness for sound design.
Attentively listening, she centers reality as her main source of sound material. As a collector of sonic waste and junk objects which generate sound, she creates electronic and electroacoustic music. Aside from playing the violin, she is fluent in electronics and accidentally found objects. Working both solo and in collectives, she frequently collaborates with artists from other fields, co-creating films, performances and multimedia installations. On top of that, she’s a feline fanatic.
