In this sixth issue, which concludes this series of publications, we are less concerned with a speculative look into the future of photography, because we are already living in it. Nevertheless, in our previous issues we have prospectively outlined those subject areas that offer a critical view and a diverse vocabulary for raising awareness and reassessing the processes that are already underway. The paradigm shift within image-reproducing techniques is not yet fully complete, so comparisons and analogies can still be identified due to their simultaneity.
