The surprise (remixed by sex / sex edit)

With reference to Jonathan Monk's work The Surprise, which he released as a 7ʺ single in 2006, the “remix” by the collective SEX of his previous idea creates a totally new Edition. 100 maxi-singles with music from pop, dance, soul and house are pasted over and anonymized, so that it remains unknown the origins of the music on the respective record.
