Honeymoon

Over the past several years I came to see that my mother was wrestling with a growing tension: one that volleyed her between an internal reality and an external one. How she felt in spirit began to collide with her own physicality and the sensation that time no longer seemed infinitely ahead of her. “Honeymoon” considers the experience of a loved one’s aging through visualizations of time, metamorphosis and the journey of self-discovery.
