Books I Haven't Gotten Around to Writing Yet

The publication features cell-phone photographs of discarded books whose exteriors have been taped over in orange and beige (a reference to the Penguin Classics design) and typographies rewritten in hand-drawn serif.

The contents of each book exist only in so far as the viewer’s ability to empathize and embellish on the given titles for novels and how-to-guides. Here are the anxieties, disappointments, and banalities of everyday life, particularly within creative fields. The contexts within which the books are photographed serve to give further shape and transmit the titles' affects, which vary depending on the viewer’s response to the tragicomic text.
