How are images able to make us see? How can we get them to tell us about the complex relation with time and history?
Images appear and disappear, becoming ghosts of a past that returns in the future to remind us of their transformative potential. Some are bearers of a reverberating strength that revives lost struggles, teaching us ways of fighting the evils that also return time and again to defuse every possibility. Others help us to be conscious of the visual structure that subjects them, that tames and reduces them to prevent the construction of other forms of society.
