Saji Magazine #4: Wagashi

The fourth issue of Saji magazine, a tri-lingual Japanese food/art/living magazine, is subtitled Wagashi = Japanese traditional sweet.

From the intro: “What you eat today is what you will be in 10 years. Younger genertions don’t take enough time over eating. ‘Saji’ wish you to spend a little more time choosing the right foods. Almost as much time as if you were shopping for your latest outfit. Who cares if you made a big mess in the kitchen. Let’s start cooking!”
