Konantü tells two stories: the story of Navarro and Smith’s decision to move away from their individual art practices and toward a collaborative, participatory style; and the story of their budding romance. The book features photographic documentation of fifteen of their shows in this later style, along with prefatory texts that offer a glimpse into the preparation for the shows, the events themselves, and the artists’ intentions.
