Product Description

‘… Once upon a time there was a city. The city started as a lonely little square on a large piece of land. The square did not know how it got there. The only thing it knew was how to grow…’

This story follows the growth of a city, from a small geometrical square, to a metropolis that covers the entire cosmos. Without knowing why, the city keeps on expanding, up to the point there is no more space left and all it can do is explode, thereby creating space once more to start growing again, thus repeating its own history.

Initially written during a stay in New York, and created for the online platform theRobert.xyz, this coming into existence fable is a playful but critical meditation on human expansion.
