Undergird. Memory Dynamic_II

Undergird is based on scanned Japanese crossword puzzles (nonograms) solved by the author's late grandmother before Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Her unfinished drawings reflect the aftermath of the war; accompanied by embroidery patterns and pixelated images. In this edition, the traditional grid and digital matrix are intertwined into a single structure that becomes the basis for new imprints on the collective memory layer.
