Hanna's Words

My best friend had a child. It was a most wanted child. Since she and her partner are women, getting pregnant was not a easy task. Hannah was finally born and I fell for her immediately. When she started talking I kept attention to her first German words. Those first syllables inspired me tremendously. As her baby language developed I reflected on my life. "Hannah´s Words" is a collection of semi-autobiographical short stories and illustrations, which follow an alphabetical order of the words first said by my baby´s friend.
