Aesthetic Comfort is published by Arkitip on the occassion of the Aesthetic Comfort exhibitions in the fall of 2008 at Artcore/Fabrice Marcolini in Toronto and the Cincinnati Art Museum. This artist's book features details, of McGinness' paintings converted to coarse halftones and printed in 4 fluorescent inks: orange, yellow, pink, and green with a full-bleed varnish throughout.
Aesthetic Comfort is published in a signed and numbered edition of 2,000 and accompanies Issue No. 0048 of Arkitip magazine which features a profile on the artist. Arkitip first featured Ryan McGinness in Issue No. 0005 in the spring of 2000.
