Freizeitaktivitäten

Freizeitaktivitäten (Engl. hobby activities) is an artists’ book by Tobias Donat that features 18 fun, fresh, kid-friendly comic characters drawn from children’s coloring books. All characters perform hobby activities and were selected, copied, and then reprinted in a new compilation. The illustrations ranging from a painting fox to a skating hedgehog reveal how recreational and leisure time activities are imagined and depicted in our society. For children and adults, the imaginary world of Freizeitaktivitäten serves as an ideal introduction to drawing and painting.
